General Principles
Dmariano Pro-fertility Foundation deeply values the support of donors, participants, and partners.
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we may provide refunds for donations, event fees, program fees, and other payments made to us.
Because we operate as a nonprofit organization, refunds may be limited and are considered on a case-by-case basis, in line with applicable laws and financial regulations.
Donations
Donations are generally considered voluntary and non-refundable.
However, we may consider a refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental donations (e.g., you unintentionally made the same donation twice).
- Clearly identifiable payment errors (e.g., incorrect amount due to a technical issue).
- Unauthorized transactions (e.g., fraudulent use of your payment details).
If you believe a donation has been made in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction with details of the donation (name, date, amount, and proof of payment).
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same method of payment where possible (e.g., bank transfer reversal) and within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any bank or processing fees.
Event Fees and Paid Programs
If you pay to attend an event, training, or program organized by Dmariano Pro-fertility Foundation:
- You may request a full refund up to 7. days before the scheduled start date.
- Requests made after this deadline may not be eligible for a refund, but we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit towards a future event.
- If we cancel or significantly reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future event.
All refund requests should be made in writing to Info@dmarianoprofertilityfoundation.org, including your full name, event details, payment amount, and proof of payment.
Consultations and Services
For paid consultations or services booked through our website:
- You may cancel or reschedule a consultation up to [72 hours or days] before the scheduled time for a full or partial refund, as specified in the specific program guidelines (if any).
- If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, you may not be eligible for a refund.
- If we are unable to deliver a scheduled consultation or service (for example, due to our unavailability or technical issues), we will offer an alternative date or a refund.
Method of Payment and Processing Time
Currently, payments and donations may be made primarily via bank transfer or other methods made available on our website.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment where possible, or via bank transfer if the original method is not available.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank and location, but we aim to complete refunds within 14–30 days of approval.
Currency, Fees, and Deductions
Refunds will generally be made in the same currency in which the original payment was received.
Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transfer costs may be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the circumstances and your bank’s policy.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at Info@dmarianoprofertilityfoundation.org with:
- Your full name and contact details.
- The date and amount of the donation/payment.
- The purpose of the payment (donation, event, program, consultation, etc.).
- Proof of payment or transaction reference.
- A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
We will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible to confirm approval, partial approval, or denial, along with an explanation.
